Arnold I. Bernstein earned his J.D. Degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in 1975. Mr. Bernstein worked in the Law Department of the City of Mount Vernon followed by the Law Department of the City of Yonkers. Mr. Bernstein has practiced law full time since graduating law school in 1975. He has handled countless personal injury cases. He has handled many real estate transactions, real estate litigation, will , estate planning and probate.

Ariella Bernstein, ESQ.
Ariella Bernstein joined the practice in September 2010 after graduating law school and having passed the Florida Bar. She subsequently passed the New York Bar. She is currently admitted to practice law in both New York and Florida. Ms. Bernstein oversees the day to day operations of the office. She has considerable experience in appeals and all other areas of civil litigation.

WALTER L. RICH
Walter Rich is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He has been practicing law for over 47 years. He worked as an assistant district attorney in the Bronx and later was a partner in Kaminsky & Rich for many years. Mr. Rich is a very skilled attorney who has tried many cases and argued many appeals. At this time his primary areas of focus are appellate work and real estate.
